The boss asked Erich, who was responsible for the purchase of hydraulic pressure control valves, to re purchase hydraulic pressure control valves for these inoperable pumps within 20 days, to make sure no cavitation.

It is carburized at high temperature of 820-830 ℃ for 13 hours, then oil quenched, - 60 ℃ to - 70 ℃ cryogenic treatment and 150 ℃ to 160 ℃ tempering treatment. The whole molecular structure of the steel is uniform and the hardness can reach HRC68. After such heat treatment, the comprehensive properties are very stable, uniform hardness and good wear resistance. Wear resistance and high contact fatigue strength ensure no cavitation.
